2. Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the failed or erroneous transaction.
  2. Provide relevant transaction details such as transaction ID, mobile number, account number, or any other necessary information for verification.

3. Refund Processing Time:

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 2 business days. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and banking institutions.

4. Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment source used during the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer valid, you may need to provide an alternative payment method for the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the transaction was successful, and the service was delivered as expected.
  • If you provided incorrect details, and the transaction was processed based on the information provided.
  • If you fail to contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
